What is a doula really?
A doula is someone who walks alongside you. Not a medical professional, but a skilled, intuitive presence who brings care, comfort, and continuity to your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum season.
In a world that rushes mothers and romanticises resilience, my work is about something quieter and deeper: being truly seen, held, and honoured in one of life’s most powerful transitions.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for yet. You just need to know you don’t want to do this alone.
Postpartum Support – 2200€
A season to be held, not hurried.
Designed to walk beside you in the tender first weeks after birth, this package is slow, nurturing, and entirely centred on your healing. I bring meals, wisdom, warm hands, and gentle guidance. You get to exhale.
What’s included:
- Six in-home postpartum visits (spread over 3–6 weeks, depending on your needs)
- One deeply restorative, full-body massage in your home
- Home-cooked, nourishing meals and snacks (usually pre-prepared or frozen so you don’t have to host)
- Emotional support, light baby care, and gentle tidying or resets to give you breathing space
This is care that sees the mother as deeply as it sees the baby.
“These postpartum services were a blessing. Every aspect of Sophie’s offering was something I didn’t know I needed. Her meals were delicious and soothing and her emotional support was priceless.
Sophie was incredibly easy to talk to and always had a helpful response to my questions. She is authentic, genuine, respectful, wise and unbiased. Her help gave me the reassurance that I needed.” – Genell

Voxer Support — 99€/week

“Being an American in Paris with no family, I knew that I needed a postpartum doula for support in those first few months with our newborn son. Sophie was a calming presence who supported my family physically through her delicious, healthy meals and postnatal massage, and caring for my son while I took a much needed nap.
And she also supported me as a new mother mentally and emotionally, allowing me to process with her my birth story and this new season of motherhood all without judgement and offering wise advice as we began as a new family of three.” – Kathryn

“We found Sophie during the second half of our pregnancy and she was always available..to help us feel less alone in this journey. Sadly however, our story changed direction when we found out very late in the pregnancy that our baby was no longer with us….After we discovered this terrible news, Sophie dropped everything to be by our side and try her best to provide comfort and solace.
She was so loving and caring and went so far beyond anything we could have expected from someone outside of our family…she was with us throughout the delivery, she was with us at home afterwards with all the care we could ask for….I cannot emphasise enough how grateful we are to have found Sophie and how much her presence and help meant to my husband and myself. It was done with love, care, experience, understanding, knowledge and extreme professionalism.” – Anonymous.
