The Nourish & Bloom package includes…
- Eight home visits in total: one before your baby arrives, and seven hour and a half to three hour postpartum home visits.
- A personally curated maman gift bag when your baby arrives.
- Phone, and Whatsapp communication with me Monday – Friday from 9h30-16h30 for the first year of your baby’s life
- Three meals cooked and delivered weekly for the first month postpartum
- Two full body post natal massages Including a “serrage de bassin”
- An introduction to Bengkung belly binding and a hand made organic cotton Bengkung belly wrap (made and fit to measure)
- Work to target physical problems, and treat through nutrition and gentle movement.
- Help building “your village”
- Help and instruction in basic baby care, and normal breastfeeding
- Birth story processing
- Emotional and mental support during recovery from birth
- Sleep support and solutions
- Bodywork, including self massage instruction for you and your baby, and herbal care
- Access to a personally curated contact list of local, trusted postpartum professionals in fields such as massage, therapy, and lactation.
